“Stable, lots of glide” (Intermediate Male 190 lbs.)
“Very stable; pulled in nose punches through waves and makes it surf nice” (Beginner Male 250 lbs.)
“Wide and stable; catches waves easily; nice pad; surf nice and smooth” (Intermediate Male 220 lbs.)
“Very stable and easy to ride; fun in the waves” (Intermediate Male 180 lbs.)
“Awesome stability; good turning” (Beginner Male 175 lbs.)
“Huge sweet spot, I can turn to the backside easily with this board because I can move my foot to the rail without instability” (Intermediate Male 240 lbs.)
“My favorite board of the day, great for a big guy. I’d like to clone it as an 11.” (Beginner Male 260 lbs.)

Summary: This is a prototype board for the new Angulo line which will include smaller versions. It didn’t receive many evaluations because all the middle and heavyweight riders who got their hands on it kept it. Including me. We were loathe to give this board back to Ed, took it surfing at Kanaha in overhead waves a couple of times before bringing it back. It’s an amazing board for big guys, surfs extremely well and is agile in the waves. It was very highly rated in all categories by all riders.
